Hi Ryan, just updated and the home LED is still not working right. 
It's at full brightness, I checked. You should flash back to stock then flash back to the G3 ROM and you will see they are the same.

Our coach had just brought the balls down so I punted a few out to the field while I was drinking water. Its no big deal anyway now I have a nice Lumia 512... a has 512 MB of RAM and runs about 10 times faster than the L41C... plus it was only $10.

Well if I was you I would continue with lollipop cause in my opinion Marshmallow might be too strong for the ultimate 2 to handle. That's just me. Maybe a G4 rom port that is either 5.1.1 or 6.0 that might work too. I wanna hold onto my Ultimate II as long as possible. 
I cant figure out how to get it to compile right so I cant make LP. If I can get time I will build a LP ROM for the phone, but for now I need to focus on school and the G3 ROM.

So how are you going to continue the development for the ultimate 2 now knowing you have to test them before release?
Well if nobody buys it I will continue and get the screen fixed or buy a new one. If I manage to get the money to buy a new one I will use the old one for extreme tests, like taking apart the phone and swapping the 5 MP camera for a 8 MP one from the L90, or mod the phone and add the NFC chip from the LG L70 D320N.

The lollipop rom you have on the card work or was that the one for the realm?
It doesn't work, I never said it did. I said there was a lollipop ROM on the SD Card. It will make people buy it. Ya see how smart I am lol

Any news on the 2.3 update?
It will be released today or tomorrow. Been really busy with the District 2 music festival and soccer games. But I am having issues bumping the boot.img to work. Your gonna love to new update, promise.

Thought it'd be nice to share some of the gems we've come across What apps have you found that you can't do without?
Before I get into mine I want to plug the F-Droid service (http://fdroid.org/). It's a repository of Free Open Source Software (FOSS) apps for android, all installable through, you guessed it, an app. Very handy if you don't want Google running on your phone.
So, these are my favorite apps I always put on my phone:
Opera Mini 7.6.4 browser
Best lightweight browser. Opera compresses all data through their servers before sending it to your phone, not good for privacy but great for speeding up webpags/saving data. The upgraded one on the play store now is poop though, download the 7.6.4 version here: http://www.opera.com/mobile/download/versions/
RetroArch
Multiple video game emulators bundled into one app, works fantastic. I've played through several SNES and PSX games without any lags or bugs. http://www.libretro.com/ If you're on a smaller phone download 1.0.0.2 or older, the new update has a GUI that doesn't fit on my 3.5" screen.

Powerful proxy app, can turn your phone into a wifi repeater/hotspot.
Vuze
Torrent downloading.
SmartStock
Best free stock-tracking app I've found.
These apps are available on F-droid:
AFwall+
Gives you access to Android's native firewall, lets you control internet communications going to/from your phone at every level. Great for keeping certain noisy apps quiet.
NewPipe
Basically Youtube, it parses Youtube's API's to play videos on your phone. Lightweight and works well.
PopcornTime
Bittorrent service that lets you stream movies other people are seeding.
Csploit
App with a bunch of pentesting tools. Lets you monitor all the traffic going over your wifi network.
Diode
Lightweight Reddit browser.
Pixel Dungeon
Really fun rouge-like game, although can be crazy frustrating.
VLC
The famous all-in-one media player.

Ok.
So I think I figured it out now. The LGSystemServer I thought was the clipboard but it turns out it controls the LED light also. Kinda odd. I should have the update ready by Monday or Tuesday. Sent from my LGL22C using TracFone Developers

Awesome!!! I love linux also, I use Ubuntu because its needed for development. I have 125 GB for Ubuntu and 125 GB for windows on my Precision M2400.
I would be happy to help out with your forum if ya want. I know my way around CAF and SMF pretty well.
I like the black theme, its very cool and awesome looking.

I read somewhere tracfone had lg leave out all the boot options except factory reset.
I tried fastboot, and recovery mode. No luck.
I believe they can be flashed back onto the phone. Just not when its bricked.
Great phone. Tracfone just seems to lock em tight.
Only had this thing 3 weeks. First android/smartphone experience. Still learning these phones.
I now know these devices brick fairly simple.
I need to learn more about these before I brick another one.
There is a lot to learn about the phone. And even more to learn about android.
