A few quick questions, have you tried Factory resetting? Did you buy this phone used or new? Is it rooted? If it isn't rooted it might be difficult to see what the problem is.

I am new to all this android stuff and wanna learn how to fix / modify them at some point.
Because I have a LG Ultimate 2 trackphone that somehow is messed up (have bootloader error and can't run almost any apps I install).
I didn't try modifying anything but the only thing that I know that happened is when I plugged in a charging cord it kept beeping, I  finally looked at phone and seen what was happening and unplugged it. Then my problems started.
So if anyone can point me in the right direction to a very good starting point I would appreciate it. I'm a total newbie !!!!
