Once I get my Ubuntu hard drive I will release Candy5 for the L41C because people always say it's a good ROM. Then we shall see about Android 6.0 Marshmallow...

The Carbon ROM has working WiFi with a touchsccreen.

@edodson84 might make a build of CM 11 with just external SD, but I highly doubt it. If not I will put together a build with only external when time allows for you. But for now you should stay on a stable ROM like the G3 or the UltaLolli ROM.

On my old LG Ally that was a needed feature or the phone was basically useless. 250 MB doesn't really let you do anything but update the Google Play.

You won't be able to have a SD card available with internal for anything in any build of any CM based ROM. That's a fact. You will have to choose one or the other.

This will be the same with Lollipop and Marshmallow if you even see it for the phone.

If one of the top LG L70 devs can't figure it out than nobody will be able to.

But don't think we won't ever see both avaliable, buts its highly unlikely.

I really wish I could get it to see a SD Card also.

Sorry about that. For now I would stick with the UltaLolli or the new G3 ROM until we get a stable CM-based ROM.

Ok so the sound and Wi-Fi now work so now I am just doing some fine tuning to make it work better before release. As for the SD card you won't see it working in the next build. Google Fit also works 100% with no bugs. And even auto rotation is working. Calling should be available sometime in September.

Please thank @edodson84 for fixing lots of bugs. He spent lots of time on it.

Expect the next release to be on the 23rd.

AOKP is a stock Android ROM with extra functions and a quicker interface. The AOKP name stands for Android Open Kang Project. You can flash the Google apps and Play Store in a zip file I will include in the OP.

No but in a month or so they should work. The reason for this is that it's based of of CM11 so there is many bugs. I will release AOKP soon. In the next week of you want a pure Android ROM that has less bugs.

But MiUI is a fun ROM to play with.

If the ROM has working cell service I would use it as a daily driver.

We now have the one and only MIUI for our LG Ultimate 2! But don't get to excited just yet. It's not 100 percent stable so it can't be used as a daily driver, but it comes close. All the basics work so you don't have to worry you are gonna mess up your phone. I have tested it myself and I can confirm it does work.

Download:
MIUIv5-20150823-UNOFFICIAL-w5c.zip (http://www.mediafire.com/download/usg54hw59ss2puo/MIUIv5-20150823-UNOFFICIAL-w5c.zip)

How to install using TWRP:
1. Download MIUIv5-20150823-UNOFFICIAL-w5c.zip (http://www.mediafire.com/download/usg54hw59ss2puo/MIUIv5-20150823-UNOFFICIAL-w5c.zip) to your phone.
2. Boot into recovery from flashify by selecting the "Reboot into recovery" option from the menu.
3. In TWRP select "Backup"
4. Now select the "Storage" option and tap on MicroSD
5. Next name the backup something then press backup. And it will backup everything on your phone.
5. Once it's done press the home key and then select the "Install" option from the menu.
6. Find the zip and uncheck anything about erasing the ROM
7. After its done installing press "Wipe Cache" and then press reboot.
8. Enjoy MIUI!

Changelog:
- Wi-Fi works!
- Sound fixed

Notes:
- It's way to fast so if you blink you will miss the app loading screen.
- First boot takes about 4 minutes so don't get worried if it takes a little while.
- I have removed some of the MIUI apps that are not very useful for non-chinese users. For example, their market, games center, Mi-band, apps like that.

Bugs:
- Won't make calls/Send SMS
- Does not think there is a SD card inserted
- Camera doesn't work
- Won't take screenshots
- Fails to uninstall apps
