It's pretty easy as TracFone send you a package to out the phone in then you get a new one back but ok, a backup won't do much good unless you are booted into Android or someone creates a recovery.

I also can't seem to get it into download mode. But if I power the phone on normally, the phone shows up in my device manager. But LGup lists the model as unknown. I have yet to come across a stock rom for it as well.
There is no download mode on the LG Power sadly . You need a recovery to install a stock ROM, neither of which we have yet. You can get a free replacement from TracFone if you just say it stopped working for no reason though.

Did you try a hard factory reset?
