It's possible, I did it with my old LGP-500 which only had 200mb of internal storage
It was a long time ago, pretty sure this is the solution I used:
This is a simple and effective (moves most space hogging folders from internal memory to sd-ext) APP2SD solution.
It moves the following things from /data partition to ext partition on SD card:

However that was back on 2.3.7 gingerbread, since KitKat android's capabilities to write to the SD have been crippled somewhat to circumvent a security issue in android. So it might not work on the L41C/L34C.
Search around XDA forums, someone might have a solution to this.
